Seeing as the body already is severely malnutritioned
There would be a high chance of alcohol poison, most likely with little alcohol

you would become drunk easier. no true anorexic would drink any alcohol. lol

Well it's actually Anorexic. Anorexia is the diagnosis. Anorexic is the proper term you call someone that has Anorexia.
And to answer your question, the consequences of an anorexic consuming alcohol, would be more severe than a non anorexic. That's all because the anorexic wouldn't have the food in the stomach..so that could also lead to alcohol poising. It isn't so wise to drink Alcohol like that. It will even more slow down your metabolism.. adding on to the fasting. Anorexia will only make someone fatter... in the long run, If they still survive and continue with their normal eating habits before the Anorexia. It's better to just watch your calories and excersise.. But it's easier said than done.

Effects would be more extreme, due to the lack of food in the stomach. So, if they got "incredibly drunk", they would be much more likely to die of alcohol poisoning than someone eating normally.

Due to lack of fat you would get drunk a lot easier and not be able to get rid of it as fast. You would also get alcohol poisoning and probably die from it faster. Also since it is a depressant drug if you lived you'd find yourself way too fat while you're drunk and probably eat less or kill yourself from the depressing feeling you have.
