Does alcohol effect a liver blood test?

Does alcohol effect a liver blood test?I am on Accutane and have to take monthly blood tests to watch my liver.

If i consume alcohol (say 5 drinks) then take one of my blood tests a week later, will there be any effect on the test?

generally speaking alcohol does effect the liver

The alcohol won't make the the test be taken wrong. Instead it will show the damage that was done. Alcohol already affects the liver a lot, as does Accutane. When combined the effects on the liver can be devastating
