Is sugar alcohol bad when you are pregnant?I was trying to eat less sweets so I bought some sugar free candy. I was reading the label and noticed it contains sugar alcohol. Does anyone know what this is and if it's bad for you while pregnant? Thanks.

its not super bad for you. You should eat candy with sugar alcohol in moderation. It can cause major gas and diarrhea.

You should not be eating anything that is sugar free because of the aspartame. Nothing with fake sugars. No sugar-added is ok.
