Well, yes, Hypnotiq would do it. It doesn't take much to get you drunk, especially if you're an inexperienced drinker, as your question suggests.
But no, Hypnotiq is not a particularly strong drink. This is actually a mixed drink, just prepped in a bottle, and it has a lot of juice in it. The total alcoholic content is 17%, or 34 proof. Most straight vodkas are 70 or 80 proof...double that of Hypnotiq.
