Alcohol Info: What are long term effects of going into xanax and alcohol?

What are long term effects of going into xanax and alcohol?Xanax alone isn't enough for my panic attacks. Alcohol actually works better but when it's too intense and I feel like I'm going to die or want to die I take xanax and alcohol. I usually don't remember what happened half of the night which is what I wanted. I heard it can be fatal although I've never come close and have only done this a few times. I know this is not ok, and I want to know how much damage I'm doing. Maybe it'll make me stop.

Not recommended to mix the two, though in small quantities, you may not die, but you may have other effects to think about.
