What treatments are there for damage to the body by alcohol?By that I mean biological methods.
Damage to the liver, brain, etc...

Alcohol mainly effects the liver which filters out the toxins in your body and will also damage brain cells. The alcohol kills the hepatocytes and kuppfer cells in your liver causing amounts of dead tissue to form and reducing your liver function. This will results in the characteristic yellow eyes and discoloration of skin from excessive alcohol. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix for alcohol damage. You can get a liver transplant which would help a lot, but i guess that isn't "biological". The best alternative is to stop drinking. Your body is very adaptive and will gradually recover over time.
