When you cook with alcohol & the alcohol evaporates, do the alcohol calories evaporate too?

No alcohol = no alcohol calories.
If a beverage is 16% alcohol there may be calories in the other 84%, some of which will not evaporate. Need to know how many calories, if any, are in that remaining 84%.

Even when you cook with alcohol, the alcohol never ENTIRELY cooks out but most of it will. Some of the calories will remain.
