alcohol percentages?Whats the biggest amount of alcohol percentage that can be in a drink in New York? Can it get up to 90% alcohol? The highest I've seen is 78% in Cruzan Rum.

i believe in new your you can get ever-clear which is either 151 proof or 190 proof depending on if you get the vodka or the rum. you might wanna call a liqure store a ask.

Everclear is Pure Grain Alcohol. It extremely potent and highly flammable. If you're not used to it. It will burn your throat. It is between 180 & 190 Proof. Making it 90 - 95% alcohol. Can't remember the exact proof, because it's been more then 20 years since I've even seen the stuff. Bacardi 151 doesn't even come close to this stuff. It's mouth wash compared to Everclear.
