Antibiotics and alcohol for wisdom teeth?I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and i got antibiotics that I take (2 pills four times a day-which means a total of 8 pills through the day). if the antibiotic label doesn't say anything about the restriction of alcohol can I have a drink a day after my wisdom teeth got pulled out?

no never take any antibiotics with alchohol under any circumstances

that would be a really bad idea to have alcohol with drugs... just is NOT a very good idea. about the wisdom teeth.. I feel your pain too!!!! i got mine out 4 days ago and i am still dying

you can't take them with alcohol. i also don't think drinking alcohol after that proceedure will be a wise desicion

It would be wise to not consume any alcohol for several days until you are off the antibiotics. The reasons being, the alcohol can mess with the effectiveness of the antibiotics and the alcohol will make your blood thinner and may help dissolve the scab that is forming over the wisdom teeth's sockets.
I speak from experience, as I had a dry socket, when I had my teeth pulled and trust me on this one, you don't want to go there. When the air hits the nerve endings in the socket, it gets real painful.
You've got the rest of your life to drink, just lay off for several days and let it heal up.
