If you are taking Zoloft, the effects of alcohol will be greatly heightened. I know that even if I only have one glass of wine, I'm feeling a lot more tipsy than if I wasn't taking my Zoloft.
Also, both alcohol and Zoloft are hard on your liver. So, it is very important to not drink heavily while taking an anti-anxiety or anti-depressant.

Oh! Here's an alternative! Quit drinking. Try to be moderate and cut it down to only drinking a little at parties. Alcohol tolerance almost always depends on your body, I've never heard anything about Zoloft affecting that.
