Can you drink alcohol on sertraline zoloft?My wife is on Sertraline for OCD but enjoys a drink, is it ok.
She takes sertraline in the morning and drinks in the evening.

no matter the time difference alcohol should never be mixed with drugs. it is too much of a chance to take that they might not mix well. it sounds like she has been lucky so far. if she really wants that drink you might want to talk to the doctor that prescribed it and see what he/she has to say about it but personally i would never take the chance.
