Well if they are drinking, smoking and not eating then they really should speak to their doctor or the health of the fetus is at serious risk.

A pregnant woman who does not have an appetite & who smokes & drinks alcohol should have an abortion including a complete hysterectomy!

In other words she should NOT be allowed to even TRY to pass on her genes and should be taken OUT of the Gene Pool!

hormones will make her gain weight, then there's the weight of the baby, and all that luvly stuff inbetween. Plus alcohol has a lot of calories too. Its just not safe at all though to do those things.
