Marijuana vs. Alcohol - do you think there's a big difference?Do you see a big difference between marijuana and alcohol? Disregarding arguments over legality, of course.

I haven't tried marijuana...i drink socially and i do because it is legal. If marijuana was legal, i may have tried it by now, but smoking is just not my thing...

I do not agree with either.
However, in small doses, Alcohol is actually good for you. Pot is not, unless you have a rare medical condition.

Well Marijuana is known as a gateway drug meaning it could possibly lead to other more hard, addictive drugs like heroin. Now not necessarily will that happen. I have tried it and no I have never tried any other drug but I did it for the first time when I was like 21 or even maybe older but for some kids in school it can lead to other things. Alcohol is the same as far as it can lead to an addiction. I don't know what I would prefer a pot head or an alcoholic. I think alcohol is more destructive to your body. I would say there is a difference. It just depends on the individual.
