There are tons of effects that i'm sure i've never even though of, but i'll give it a shot.

Short term:
Impaired judgment, impaired motor skills, slurred speech, blackout, overactive bladder, overly strong emotions.

Long Term:
Makes you dumb (hurts the brain), liver disease, addiction/withdrawals (effect?)
