What are side effects of mixing painkillers with antidepressants and alcohol?My mom's friend is doing this, and keeps hallucinating that her brother is with her but he isn't. Are there any other negative effects we should be worried about?

Any other? How many do you need? The woman is in a drug-induced psychosis. The only thing worse is if the mixed messages from the drugs to hjer body stop her heart one night while she is asleep.

First off your not supposed to mix pills such as antidepressants or pain killers.
Second off your not supposed to mix alcohol with any type of pill.
That would probably be the result of hallucinations etc.
and you should probably get someone to get her help/to get her to stop
