Is it bad to drink alcohol while breastfeeding? and what are the affects?I know this is a stupid question but i just wanted one margarita for a special occasion.

yes its bad, because u feed the baby ur milk it would be the same as if it was still in you and u drank. it could cause ur baby the same kind of defects i guess u could say. but since it was one drink, im sure it didn't do all that much damage, but it still isn't good to do
