Yes it does, which can lead to problems if you are injured or need any type of surgeries. It is also hard on your liver if consumed in large quantities.

Yes it kind of does.... it moreso constricts the vessels (veins, for example), but it's the same basic effect. That's why many drunk people feel warmer, but they can actually get really cold really fast. That's why it's more important to make sure a drunk person is well covered during the winter.

it doesnt thin your blood but it constricts your blood vessels which has similar effects on your body as thin blood.
