When you drink, that drink ggets into the milk your produce which is then drunk by your baby- do you really really want to be giving your baby alcahol?- you might as well just put the alcahol in to abottle and let your baby drink that.!!!

Alcohol metabolizes out of breast milk at the same rate as the blood. the general rule is sober to drive, sober to breastfeed. If one is no longer feeling the effects of the alcohol, it is fine to breastfeed.
