effect of drinking alcohol ( beer /wine/whiskey) ?do moderate alcohol consumption benefit our heart or not ? dose drinking 2-4 beers lower the heart rate and BP or raise the heart rate and BP? or it dose not effect the HR and BP? if alcohol makes changes in HR and BP, is those changes good or bad or normal?

The BP and HR can increase simply by eating a meal. In and of itself, it isn't bad for us. Drinking alcohol can have similar effects. The key is moderation. Eating all day long is not healthy... neither is drinking alcohol all day long.
Have a glass
That nightly beer does more than relax you -- it may also lower your small, dense LDL, a recent Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism study found. Men who drank 7 to 13 alcoholic drinks a week had 20 percent fewer small-LDL particles than men who didn't drink at all. [Note: beer aint paleo]
