How many brain cells does marijuana kill?

How many brain cells does marijuana kill?Compared to tobacco? Compared to alcohol?
Compared to the oxygen deprivation from inhaling its smoke?

I'm asking because I didn't think pot has ever been conclusively proven to kill brain cells, but I asked earlier, "Does marijuana kill brain cells" and everyone just said "yes" with no sources.

decades of smoking hasn't harmed me. alchohol, of course, will pickle your brain.

Nope. Been at it for over 30 years. Haven't killed anyone, chopped anyone to bits or nothin.
