How would you best define an "alcoholic" person?Briefly tell me what makes a person an alcoholic, in your opinion.
My Husband & I are have differing opinions on this, so I'm checking with the general public for responses.

an alcoholic is a person who drinks because they don't need to face their problems when they're drunk and unconscious.
in other words, they're suckers.
