Alcohol Info: How many calories are in Cruzan Vanilla or Banana Rum?

How many calories are in Cruzan Vanilla or Banana Rum?I drink a bit, don't really eat a whole lot, trying to keep calories low...I usually cease eating by 200-500 calories and attempt maintain under 1000 all together calories...so how many calories are in flavored rum? Should I drink whiskey instead with flavored diet soda? What lower calorie alcohols are there?

Clear type alcohol, rum, scotch, bourbon, bicardi etc., have 50 calouries per glass, milky type ones like liquers have between 100 and 150 calouries, wine has 150 per glass, then you have to add the calouries of the mixers which is 170 calouries per glass of coke of pepsi or ginerale or lemonade, unless you use a diet one then the calouries are only 1 or 2 per bottle so thats nothing really, I used to count calouries all the time so I used to allow for my drinks too and I lost the weight I wanted to, hope this helps, goodluck! :)
