How can I know when I'm over the legal alcohol driving limit?Like, half the time that I'm totally drunk I really don't know I was that drunk until I wake up the next morning. Like, is there any simple test to do when I'm drunk so that I know I'm over the legal driving limit?

It's called a breathalyzer and you blow into it right before the cop takes you to jail......

The DMV is always sending little BAC (blood alcohol content) charts along with whatever miscellaneous paperwork they're sending my household, I guess to make sure that people are never in doubt about whether or not they are "legally" intoxicated.
here's a chart for ya: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_alcohol_content. I'm sure if you went to the DMV website they'd have the regular one that gets mailed out all pretty like. So depending on your weight, you're generally over the legal BAC level (.08%) after 1-3 standard drinks. And even if your BAC is under .08%, if a cop deems that your drinking somehow impaired your driving and/or you're under the age of 21, you can be charged with a DUI.

Whenever you're drinking....
It's real simple - if you don't realize you are too impaired to drive - you shouldn't even have possession of your keys.
I have a brother who was killed by a drunk driver. How would you like to live the rest of your life behind bars, because you were so wasted you couldn't hold the steering wheel, much less hit the brake pedal? Let alone, not have your precious internet anymore?...Not to mention that you would NEVER be able to drink alcohol again? As appealing as it is to someone that hops in a car, regardless of their alcohol intake, some innocent victim would be the one to pay, not the flexible, indestructible drunk...
