Alcohol and ciprofloxacin?

Alcohol and ciprofloxacin?Can I drink alcohol 3 days after taking cipro? I had an allergic reaction to it, I still have some rashes but I think the medicine is out of my body. What do you think?

The reason you can't drink and take Cipro is because the alcohol decreases the effectiveness of the antibiotic. If you're done with the medication, you can drink.
