Alcohol Info: Eggnog: alcohol taste without the alcohol?

Eggnog: alcohol taste without the alcohol?I'm making a large batch of eggnog for a New Year's Eve party, and want to make a smaller one for those who don't drink. What can I include in the nonalcoholic bowl that will approximate the taste of the alcohol in the larger bowls? (I use bourbon and a smaller amount of dark rum, but anything will do.) Maybe something like almond extract or something similar--but that's just a guess. On the other hand, am I painting the lily? Would just the milk, cream, eggs and so on taste just fine by themselves? Thanks.
