Hold their hair while they vomit.
You really just let them vomit. If it's bad then stay with them.
If their parents can't find out then don't call them but just stay awake and see how they handle it.

If it's a girl with long hair, holding her hair back would be nice.
Vomiting is the best thing they can do. You'll see, they'll say, "I feel so much better..." Then 2 minutes later they'll feel sick again, so let them vomit. They feel sooo much better again! This might go on 3 or 4 times.

Nothing much. Encourage them to drink liquids, as vomiting will severely dehydrate them and make their oncoming headache worse.

Vomiting from too much alcohol is the body's way of cleansing itself. Best you can do is let them finish and then give them some water to rehydrate once they're done.

Don't let them drink anymore alcohol, and make sure they do not lay on their back, pass out and drown in their own vomit.
