What do you do when you can't ever find an answer to why you are alive?

What do you do when you can't ever find an answer to why you are alive?See a counselor - done that. Do that regularly.
Exercise regularly, try and surround self with supportive people, eat right, avoid depressants - done that. Do that regularly. Exercise feels like a chore. Seems like people do not care if I am alive and do not feel connected to anything. Am not paid enough to eat well, but do okay. Do not drink alcohol - depressant. I am trying here.
Try to have a sense of humor - do that regularly. Currently not working.
Try to keep busy - do that regularly. Everything feels like a chore.
Try to find something I am interested in, but I suck at everything so it is hard to muster up any amount of caring.

The meaning in life is just what you put into it. It is not something you find in a store or around a street corner.

All you have to do is think about what you want out of you're life. What goals you want to accomplish. Where you want to go and what you want to see.

Find a church group you can bond with and learn good things there. Read you're Bible and learn good things there.

Don't make something hard that is not meant to be at all.

I don't know if I'll answer your question or make things worse for you. I hope that maybe you'll laugh a little, tho! To me sometimes, it feels like we're God's roaches? We all scurry around, gathering our food, building our nests, and trying to scatter when the light is shone on who and what we really are. We consume the natural resources, leave a little shi* behind, and try to avoid confrontation. Some of us are the stronger, more savvy roaches, and the rest of us just try to get thru life the best we can.
Seems like we are trying to prove ourselves to God, so He doesn't step on us. This may not make any sense whatsoever, maybe I'm nuts. But once in a while, this is just what occurs to me out of the blue.

I think that is a question often asked by all. I think that this question should not be asked? What the true question is, "What's my purpose?" Find your purpose in life rather if it would be helping others, helping yourself, or just plain being a cog in the wheel of society.

Not everyone knows their purpose, their reason for being alive. But, for those who don't know why they exist and actually seek out their meaning or purpose, they seem to enjoy life more. Some would say, "It's not the destination of the journey, but the journey itself."

Keep your head up and find what you are meant to do. If you had no purpose, then why do you exist?

There is this quotation from the notable writer Oscar Wilde:
"Life is too important to be taken...SERIOUSLY".

Life is a very precious thing and we should treat it with respect, if only for the young children dying at their prime and other people that shouldn't have died early on and we are still here. Some of us have a feeling of guilt and some of us don't care.

I take it from your writing that you are still out in the world. You might try to kick back a little and not take yourself so seriously.

Everybody makes it to the end and your no exception so do the best with and for your life. Don't lie to yourself by any means, that will only hold you back to some degree in anything you undertake in the future.

What you need to do is to get off the beaten path and experience different things and interests. We get in a habit of taking things for granted. As the saying goes: "You gotta get out more often".

I recall, in my recovery zone, that if I wanted to correct my situation that I would have to change my life a bit and with different people and give myself the opportunity to find bliss.

"If you can't accept it than fight for it...if you won't fight for it than accept it". Good Luck!!!
